Bini Mapa - Binibeca, Menorca

Bini Mapa has a extended roof terrace of slightly more than 40 square meters with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the property of Bini Mapa is a walled parking lot where cars can be easily parked.

The Bini Mapa has a natural pool of about 60 square meters with the latest technology.

DIe Bini Mapa has two separate annexes (each with a room and bathroom) on the property, so that a conscious silence between the individual guests is ensured.

A chillout area is planned for the next few years. Further chillout areas are located on the roof terrace, on the annexes and directly on the building itself.

The main building has a dining room, living room, kitchen, master bedroom, two other rooms and a total of three bathrooms.

Bini Mapa was first occupied by its owners in July 2022, after nearly a year of modernization, remodeling and expansion.

Capacity for 10+ guests

The Bini Mapa has plenty of capacity for at least ten guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in two separate, detached buildings.

Bini Mapa is fully equipped with high quality appliances starting from the Weber-Barbecue to the most modern climate and photovoltaic technology.

Rooftop Terrace

The Bini Mapa has a extended and child safe roof terrace of just over 40sqm with panoramic sea views over Binibeca as well as the Mediterranean Sea.

In Binibeca

Located on the southeast coast of the island, Binibeca has a sheltered beach, a choice of restaurants, and is just a 20-minute drive from the airport.

In Menorca

The beautiful and relaxing Balearic island of Menorca is known for its endless beaches and turquoise waters and has been declared a Biosphere Reserve.

Bini Mapa's Neighborhood

Not only is Binibeca known for its beautiful beaches and historic private white washed villas and apartments, but also for the culturally varied bars and restaurants located within walking distance of Bini Mapa.

With five bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms, exclusive amenities, a 50 square meter pool and a roof terrace of over 40 square meters with panoramic sea views, Bini Mapa is the ideal residence for at least 10 guests.

As Bini MaPa is located in Binibeca, and therefore not far from the capital city, both the harbor and the airport of Mahon can be reached in approximately 20min by car.

 

Not far from the Bini Mapa is the Middle Sea, which can be reached in a short time on foot along beautiful white beaches and is perfectly visible from the roof terrace, which is slightly more than 40 square meters in size.
